This is a UX Lead Engineer role, reporting to the Head of Industry Analytics Platform in business area Process Automation (PA) located in Bangalore. • Working with marketing, product management and development teams to define and implement the UX Standards, architecture & design of industrial analytics platform and focused analytical apps that is available as SaaS on cloud as well for on-premise deployment.
• Defining and implementing UX strategy, architecture and design for analytics platform and applications as well as digitalization solutions.
• Understanding requirements from stakeholders including marketing, product management and development and transform them into design.
• Developing wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and proof of concepts to demonstrate and finalize design/architecture.
• Providing guidance to the team and mentor team members as well as work with development teams in implementing the design.
• Exploring, evaluating, and adopting best practices and technologies so as to add value in the designing process and its implementation.
• Working in a global software development team, sharing experience and skills with other team members.

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical or Electronics from a reputed institution.
• Required 10 to 15 years of experience in in designing and building UX strategies.
• Should have led a team of 5-10 people in designing architecture and should have successfully mentored team members on product and solution design and higher responsibilities.
• Should have created sitemaps, story boards, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Should have built designs that are performant and responsive for different form factors (desktop, tablets, mobiles, other devices) including compatibility across browsers and/or operating systems.
• Should have extensive experience on different tools, software (Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVis.ion, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, Adobe Dream viewer, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flex, Adobe illustrator, Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools).
• Should have extensive experience on scripting languages - HTML5, CSS2, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, JSON, JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, jQuery Mobile, MEAN Stack).
