Job Description

    *
    1. Design & Development support of Tires and Wheels components for Passenger cars
    2. Wheel 3D modifications according to functional requirements
    3. Tire and Wheel components drawing, part, assembly and Tire label release
    4. DMU management and Release management based on inputs received from Germany
    5. Executing tasks timely with best quality & consistent support to customers in Germany
    6. Support for the MBRDI in house activities, MRMs and Presentations
    7. Assist team leader to achieve company goals / objectives
    8. When required execute any other task assigned by Superiors
    , *
    1. Experience of Design & Development of Tires and Wheels or Chassis components,
    2. UG NX tool : Strong in Part,Surface Design,Kinematics,Drawing & Team Centre
    3. Must be well versed with the Design, Drawing standards, Data Management, Release Management and awareness of Regulation standards(BIS,ECE,ETRTO,etc)
    4. Knowledge of Chassis components (suspension,steering,etc)
    5. Project Management experience with supplier interaction on product development
    6. Well versed in component design process and engineering calculations
    7. High motivation for the team work and to contribute with positive attitude
    8. Knowledge of GD & T and Good communication skills
    9. Good understanding of Intercultural work management
    10. German language is desired
