Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are Hiring for Veeva CRM (Veeva Developer Customer Relation Management)Roles & Responsibilties :-Location- BangaloreTotal administration of various Pharma activity/sales systems, database and technical support of Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Salesforce projects Data migration, Data sanitization, Data validation, Data loads through data templates, mappings, coordination, implementation and or enhancement in various internal systems like Vault, VAlign, Veeva etc. Reduce the number of incidents (for misuse of tools and / or technical problems), by establishing appropriate root cause analysis processes and action plans. Ensure the integrity, quality, and smooth operation of Veeva CRM and other BI tools. Able to run database queries to update/modify/pull information Able to troubleshoot for incorrect data loads, missing information, incorrect mappings etc Coordination of processes and preparation of SOPs/ways of working documents etc) End user training (including content creation) and support to familiarize with various proprietary systems Core Skills (Must) Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Developer. Comfortable in using various complex data tools and systems. Good with relational database and ability to see through and work with data schema/data templates/mapping tables etc Overarching understanding of Pharma salesforce activities and sales Ability to lead projects from start to finish Advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications (Excel and Access) Strong Knowledge on SOQL (experience in creating/modifying SOQL queries). Development of processes and SOPs Experience in Pharma and healthcare domain Excellent verbal and written communication (English) Ability to work in teams, and with multi-cultural stakeholders Job Location - Bangalore Experience - 5+ years Qualification - B.Tech or Masters in any stream Regards,Team HR
