  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Manage or Lead large Veeva Vault engagements b: Manage support operation for a Veeva Vault application c: Mentor operations team and assist with support issues, working with diverse user group d: Create Technical Design from Functional Design / Requirement e: Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills f: Perform Impact Analysis
      • Technical Experience : a: Vault Clinical Suite CTMS, eTMF, SSU, CDMS ,QMS, QualityDocs,Vault Safety Vault PromoMats or Medcomms b: Veeva Vault Configuration experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows c: Manage and have hands on experience on Integrations with Vault application, preferably RIM or CTMS d: Hands on experience in REST API, Document Migration Mapping, Loaders, Multichannel and DAM e: Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
      • Professional Attributes : a: Good communication skills b: Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore c: Ability to plan and execute tasks as per agreed timelines and budget d: Excellent team player and ability to work independently and assist junior team members
    • Educational Qualification : BE or equal
