    Designation : VMware ArchitectExperience : 10 to 15 yrsLocation : BangaloreSalary : Industry StandardClient Name : MNCEducation : GraduationSkills : VMware, Hyper-V, Virtualization, Citrix, Technical ArchitectPriority : HOTDescription : VMware ArchitectExperience: 10+ yrsJob Location: BangaloreWork hours: Normal hoursTechnology:- Expert in VMware, Virtualization Platforms- Knowledge and working experience on other hypervisor is added advantage.- Act as an expert providing solutions and guidelines on Virtualization and Cloud technologies as required.- Work closely with Delivery and Support teams, professional services and Business Analysts and Solution- Architect to ensure a world-class customer experience with Virtualization products.- Assist delivery teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk.Overall responsibilities include:- 9+ years of experience as Architect role with at least 4 of those years focused on Enterprise Virtualization.- Broad and deep technical experience with enterprise virtualization technologies (e.g. VMWare vSphere,Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer etc.)- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide technical assistance to Delivery teams.- Strong background in consultative customer engagement with either a major professional services organization or within the services division of a major software company.- Proven track record of working in a strategic advisory capacity to senior IT and business executives.- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including extensive experience presenting to C-level executives at large firms.- Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple products and services.- Proven ability to work seamlessly with distributed cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers.Good-to-have skills:- Good Knowledge on Storage, Network, OS is preferred- Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information- Ability to prioritize and multitask- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent customer presentation skillsCertifications:VMware Certified Professional(VCP)Apply Now,
