    • Project Role :Technology OpS Support Practitioner
    • Project Role Description :Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

        • Key Responsibilities : MPS Managed Print Services skills: 1 Working knowledge on MICR Print Support Alignment, SES hypercare Support Alignment and Network Integration and support alignment 2 Manage and Update Universal Print Driver, Firmware upgrades and vulnerability management
        • Technical Experience : 1 Create, remove and managed direct print queues 2 Assure alignment to Global Print Policy and Standards 3 Undertaking problem diagnoses and provide solutions during High Severity incident impacting MPS core area 4 Working with relevant service tower for AD Functional/Service Account Compliance related to MPS infrastructure
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2 Flexible to work in 24/7 shift 3 Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions and provide feedback
