    • Role : Associate - Voice Process ( ON ROLE )
    • Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customer via calls
    • Qualification : Intermediate | Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply
    • Should have excellent English communication oral and written
    • Should have basic knowledge about Broadband, Technical Support, ISP, Smartphones, Laptop, Telecom, Networking, Troubleshooting, Customer Support
    • Should know to handle the customers and resolve their issues
    • Should be flexible with Night shift (rotational)
    • Two way cab will be provided (pickup & Drop)
    • 5 days working 2 days off(Work from Home & Office)
    • Work Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore.
