As our employee, you will be part of an exciting and growing team that helps clients enhance their business operations and profitability.Role DescriptionScope of work:o NON-SAP Related:Receiving materials viz. import, local, spare, tools, fasteners, components, equipment which has to be accounted with the existing stock and parallel, check as per SAP figures.To provide adequate and proper storage and preservation to the various items.Reconciliation of surplus/shortage of items and informing the concerned production team to take proper actions.Ensuring good housekeeping of documents, so that material handling , materialpreservation , stocking, receipt & issue can be done Maintenance of Faulty cards manually.Ensuring all items are stickered color wise against each month and writing MRA dates on the items for enabling us to issue on FIFO basis.Monitoring of stores every day moped on daily basis and kept hygienically Checking the stock every time after delivery and reconcile with the existing Stock.Compliance to HSE guidelines of APPSIL in stires. Coordinating with safety team while during stacker operation by stores boys lifting of materials and keeping at stores, thereby ensuring all safety measures are taken care as per the company guidelines.Hand over faulty material for repair & return through RDN and ensure the stock tallies with stock once the material comes back.Handling, manage, get work done from TPC working in store.o SAP Related:Verify MRA along with supplier/vendor invoices, whether the same is line with SAP.Stock verification before the same is binned in store.Issue material to production as per pick list / DC / Invoice.Highlighting of excess / short stock accumulation and discrepancy and coordinating with incoming, quality and production.Ensuing proper location and binning both physically as well as updating in SAP.Checking the stock every time after delivery and reconcile with the existing stock.MIGO entries for RFF IDs. File test reports received.Generation of Inventory Reports Plant Wise for verification of quantity & value.Vendor stock reports for verification of quantity & valuePeriodic verification of physical stock with SAP. Report discrepancies to Manager.o Inventory Audit Related:Co-ordinating for periodical store inventory audit reconciliation with pro team audit and external auditors.Maintenance of audit records/transaction.Ensuring all related documents are given to auditors.Post audit transactions coordinating with PG Finance.Coordination with job work vendors to issue stock confirmation report for the respected plants. Reconciliation and confirmation of closing stock & value has to match as per our records.Note:Qualification required: Diploma in electrical.Work experience: 1-3 relevant years.Joining period: Immediate joiner.Gender: Male candidates.Salary: 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA.
