Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables > Perform cycle time studies to verify that actual production operations meet planned targets > Study operations sequence, material flow, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities > Create standard work procedures to ensure good work practices are implemented > Consult with production supervisors on the generation of work standards > Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities > Provide consultation to both process and production engineering groups for improvement in production line design > Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspaces to ensure maximum efficiency > Estimate production cost > Plan and establish sequence of operations to promote efficient utilization > Experience in high-volume mass production > Advanced skills with the Internet, data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel > Working knowledge and application of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) > Working knowledge of cycle time analysis > Working knowledge of cycle time planning by MOST analysis > Working knowledge of ergonomic methods training & application > Working knowledge of pull method production planning (Kanban) > Working knowledge of standard work planning & application > Working knowledge of TPM > Working knowledge of work standard planning & application Experience 5 to 6 Years Industry Preferred Automotive / EV / Manufacturing Industries Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Industrial, Process, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineer General Requirements Job Segment: Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial, Engineer, Engineering Manager, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive ,
