Job Description

    Job Title: ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST / SENIOR ASSOCIATE SCIENTIST Job Location: Bangalore Reporting to: Arpana Dutta Job Grade: 8-II About Syngene : Syngene ( www.syngeneintl.com ) is an innovation-led contract research, development and manufacturing organization offering integrated scientific services from early discovery to commercial supply.     • Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
    • Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
    Core Purpose of the Role :
    • Develop, qualify, implement and transfer new analytical methods from RND to quality control, manufacturing groups and others
    Role Accountabilities
    • Plan and execute day to day experiments
    • Handling samples from upstream/downstream/formulation/quality control/production for analysis using analytical methods
    • Data Analysis - Includes data generation, collation and interpretation following established quality systems.

Play an active leadership role in monitoring and verifying safety performance through Gemba walks and other safety-led activities.

    Specific requirements for this role
    1. Experience
      1. Should have a strong background in Chromatography and capillary electrophoresis based methods.
      2. Ability to learn quickly, enthusiastic, sincere, positive attitude, hardworking
      3. Should have positive temperament, rational/logical thinking and enthusiasm to deliver on time, hardworking and committed.

      1. Should be experienced in analytical methods to independently perform daily activities
