Job Description

    Learning and Development Executive -Job Description Roles and Responsibilities The Learning and Development (L&D) Executive is responsible for the training and professional development of the organization s employees. The purpose is to help employees develop to their full potential. The L&D Executive keeps a strong focus not just on what the learners wants and needs, but also on the needs of the organization.The L&D Executive will play a critical role in the day-to-day L&D activities and within the HR team. This role will coordinate all L&D activities, partner with the Service Directors, regularly interacting with employees and third-party training providers. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement L&D strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization s objectives- Manage communication of L&D strategies and employee participation across various L&D programs- Recommend indicators for talent assessment to identify high-potential talent and implement high-potential programs- Develop and co-ordinate succession planning- Analyze employee learning needs-Engage with stakeholders to understand the various needs on the floor-Conduct training need analysis-Rollout training calendar activities-Do induction related activities-Design Training Content as per the Training need analysis- Administer onboarding and exit- Acts as the principal point of contact for anyone with questions about training and development- Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies Skills and Competencies: - Learning and Development Programs Management- Learning Needs Analysis- Performance Management- Skills Framework Adoption- Stakeholders Engagement and Management Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Education or TrainingGraduate or master s with experience,
