Job description: JOB SUMMARY: Mobility is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries. The Tax Specialist needs to assist travelers going on cross border assignments on permanent or temporary basis with their relocation taxation needs. The main job responsibility is supervise the team to calculate income tax including tax cost estimate, tax filing at the tax year end and resolve queries from travelers or project managers on day-to-day base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES o Conduct Performance Review for the team members and provide timely feedback o Maximum proximity to the current immigration changes and policies with deep understanding of Tax, engagement model etc. o Review team report of the team members o Understand global as well as local relocation & transfer policies & assist travelers in understanding the policies o Accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax service, and meeting all deliverable requirements o Hands on working on Internal Mobility tool to record pre assignment to post assignment activities o Prepare various documents for tax calculations, Tax Cost Estimate etc. as required o Assist travelers on social tax & personal income tax applicability in host country o Monitor the Team SLA and performance. Drive Metrics and performance scorecard o Analyze the tax implications and prepare tax cost estimate information o Coordinate with tax consultants wherever required o Need based reporting/decision making o Work with other functions / teams to resolve issues in a timely manner o Monitor the Team SLA and performance. Drive Metrics and performance scorecard o Work with the team members to continuously improve processes and systems o Perform any projects/activities assigned by the lead and is also capable to contribute independently Educational Qualification- Bachelor s Degree / Master s Degree (preferably Finance) Total years of Experience- 10-12 years Professional Qualifications Major in Tax, Finance or Accounting, or having relevant working experience (preferred) Having knowledge in Mobility Immigration/Assignments (preferred) Customer service skills High English proficiency, and accommodate to English working environment Self-starter, good analytical, and time management skills Good proficiency in Microsoft Office software (particularly Word / Excel / PPT) Good stakeholder management skills Knowledge of project management like PMP, Green Belt preferred Work Experience 10-12 years relevant working experience desired The Big Four working experience preferred Shift timings: 9am to 6pm Location & facility: Bang 4 Tower C Role in Accenture The individual will manage team handling end to end tax operations for India assignees travelling abroad. In process work with various teams - Mobility Market Units Service Teams, Cross Boarder Finance team, Tax Vendors, Client Financial Service Team, Employee Tax Team etc.,
