Job Description

    We are looking for smart, self-driven, focused, high energy people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and expertise in Corporate Banking to deliver strategic and transformational advice within complex and demanding environments and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders ranging from the front-line users to senior teams at the CxO level. Our consultants have a blend of in-depth domain expertise and strong expertise in program execution, value governance & change management strategy and delivery leading Consulting, and Industry Solutions and generating alliance based business growth delivering projects in emerging technologies. The candidate is expected to manage, drive and own relationship with some of our biggest clients and the business for a portfolio of services. The individual will be responsible for working with onshore/offshore engagement teams and supporting programmes across the globe. The successful candidate shall possess: Overall experience of 8-12 years, with atleast 6+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably as a project management/programme management/PMO/transformation realization office specialist in Corporate Banking space for Domestic and International markets. Past experience in Management consulting preferably with big 4 firms and other leading global Technology consulting firms Experience leading large Corporate Banking related transformation or technology enabled transformation programs in a program leader role for at least 4-5 Clients in Domestic and International markets. Experience of managing large teams, client relationships and programs plans to successful on time on budget and on value completions.
