Operating at a regional level, with large scale clients across ANZ region, responsible & accountable for timely renewal of services contracts as per country renewal base, thus avoiding revenue leakage. Span of Control 12-15 HC Operations Management & Excellence, Process Management (Bring Improvements), People Management (Development and manage conflict), Escalation Handling, Quality Management, Customer Engagement Need to have a high level of operational excellence, improving performance and implementing change Capacity Planning and Engagement Identify Training needs, Recruitment and Retention measures Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity SLA Management Clear Understanding of Process and bring Significant Process Improvement measures Setting Objectives for Team Members, coach and develop the team Comes up with creative and innovative strategies Managing escalation and keeping the communication channels opened with customers and country teams Quality assurance, improvement and implementation Build Strong Customer Relationship with country teams Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues Attend process level meetings (client facing) Support Management with insights on the process/domain decisions Build training curriculum & Work Instructions Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment Continues service improvement/Six Sigma Manage implementation of automation initiatives for the team,
