Job Description

  • Extensive experience on End-to-End Product Development and Delivery experience on Digital Space such as Mobile Apps, Web Apps, E-Commerce Platform and Web Portals. Product Development and Delivery experience for Medium to Complex Size products and In the Past should have rich experience as Delivery Lead/Manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering Digital products and solutions with a customer-first mind-set. Continuously understanding the customer needs and identifying avenues for maximizing the Product Value.
  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, and core Technology Team.
  • Experience on Building and executing the Product Road Map with Innovative solutions. Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Experience in working closely with Business to build the Product vision and Development roadmap. Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Experience and Ability to Drive the Agile based Product Development Methodology. Worked in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Shall have experience on building the Go-market strategy and should have successfully launched the Product in the market. Ability to defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to have a successful Product Launch.
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
  • Experience on working with Product management areas such as Product Positioning, Defining Business Model and Product marketing.
  • Should have Technical and Product lead as experience in the past. It is important to have a right balance of Technical and Business acumen.
  • Experience in Project KPI Reporting to Senior Management.
  • Experience with procurement Process, Budgeting, Costing and technical Skill identification.
