        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects 2 Configuring various business processes within any 3 of modules listed in brackets Absence, Payroll, Comp and Adv Comp, Core HCM and Benefits Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules 3 Workday security domain and maintaining security on business processes 4 Creating and loading EIB for mass updates on business process
        • Technical Experience : 1 Certified in Workday Core HCM 2 2- 3 Years hands on experience of Working on any 3 of below modules listed in brackets Absence, Payroll, Comp and Adv Comp, Core HCM and Benefits 3 Experience in setting up test scenarios and test execution within 3 modules listed in brackets Absence, Payroll, Comp and Adv Comp, Core HCM and Benefits 4 Hands on experience in generating custom reports 5 Hands on experience in loading EIBs 6 Knowledge on HO and Talent modules is good to have
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2 Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
