Your Role: Lead a team of Account/Key Account Managers to build Mercks BioProcess business in South region
    • Represent South region in BioProcessing India Leadership Team
    • Build strategic and tactical plan for the region and successfully execute the plan to gain share
    • Establish and grow strategic partnerships in the region with Key customers, distributors, opinion leaders and industry associations; to leverage these partnerships for the business growth
    • Collaborate with support functions, and execute New Business Growth programs, Be a strong Team Player
    • Lead regional collaboration with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams for execution of demand and inventory management, allocations, regulatory requirements, customer orders, complaint management
    • Point of contact for region for Finance Controller for Revenue forecasts
    • Safeguard compliance of regional BioProcessing organization with country laws and corporate guidelines
    • Collaborate with team and Country Leader for decisions on price requests in SFDC, credit notes, air freight for imports, domestic and international travel for the team
    Who You Are:
    • Degree in Science is a must, preferrably in chemistry, pharmacy, biology, etc
    • Solid track record in sales management, account management, facing pharmaceutical clients in terms of R&D, manufacturing demands.
    • Hands-on, business- focused, results-driven.
    • Passionate about people development, leading by example.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collabrate with other functions on the same goal.
