  • Solution and implement Zuora Subscription Based Billing software solution to customers.
  • Train the customers on the key functionalities and transform them into a subscription economy through knowledge of Zuora as a Subscription product.
  • Work closely with the finance team of the business to help understand the good practices of the month-end accounts closing process.
  • Implement the solution for Assisted Sales in the form of a Zuora Quote for Assisted Sales to do the quoting flow.
  • Design interfaces, define integration workflows and solutions using our products and other systems in the customer environment
  • Create detailed solution specifications, use cases and work closely with the customer team to deploy the solution from design to user acceptance
  • Translate customer business issues/opportunities into technical solution/business requirements
  • Possess strong presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver solution presentations with customers and tailor content to the audience as appropriate
  • Participate in customers workshops to identify requirements, craft solutions, and secure client approval.
  • This position needs working in overlapping hours
