Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategies to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal management process, including RFP analysis, content development, coordination, and submission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientific experts, project managers, and quality assurance, to gather information and develop comprehensive and compelling proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with proposal requirements and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to identify industry trends, market dynamics, and positioning strategies.
  • Drive business development activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting our capabilities, value proposition, and competitive advantages.
  • Track proposal performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the CRAMS industry or the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector.
  • Strong understanding of the CRAMS industry, including contract research, manufacturing services, and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
