Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with plant leadership and business stakeholders to understand their goals and provide strategic HR guidance and support. Workforce Planning: Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure the plant has the right talent, skills, and resources to achieve its objectives. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and handle complex employee relations issues, providing guidance to plant managers and employees to promote a positive work environment. Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent for the plant, ensuring that recruitment efforts are aligned with the plants workforce needs. Performance Management: Support plant managers in driving performance excellence by implementing performance management processes, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying development opportunities. Training and Development: Assess plant training needs and partner with the learning and development team to design and deliver relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures and benefits packages are in place for plant employees. Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, and effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to plant employees. Change Management: Support plant-wide initiatives and change management efforts by providing guidance and support to leaders and employees, fostering a smooth transition process. HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide regular reports to plant leadership, highlighting trends and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Demonstrated experience in handling complex employee relations issues with tact and sensitivity. Proven ability to partner with plant leadership and influence decision-making processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR initiatives. Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and training and development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. HR certifications such as PHR or SPHR are a plus.
