Description Provide technical leadership and guidance for RPA developers for successful project delivery. Identify opportunities within existing business processes, architect, design and develop RPAframeworks/processes. Review architectural designs to ensure consistency & alignment with defined target architectureand adherence to established architecture standards. Independently work with all stakeholders across the organization to deliver point and strategicsolutions. Function as an integrator between the business and technology to automate solutions forcustomers based on business requirements Job Requirements A Bachelors degree in Engineering, with total 8+ years of experience. Must have 4+ years of direct hands-on experience with full life-cycle development of RPAsolutions using UiPath technology to automate processes. Must have 5+ years as a Technical Architect/Solution Architect in a complex integratedmulti-vendor environment that includes. Extensive experience in RPA Process discovery, RPA estimation, RPA Project Planning, RPAspecific solution design, RPA Project execution, and RPA Governance. Ability to develop Process Design Document (PDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), delivercustomer demos, Technical training & support customers. Exposure to integration with external OCR/ICR tools, Document Processing, Cognitive platforms,NLP, Process discovery & documentation tools and other Enterprise systems such as OracleERP
