Roles and Responsibilities1. To generate sales for Ceiling & Acoustic products in assigned territory through projects, dealers, Architects.2. Good knowledge of Govt., Semi Govt., PSUs, Institutional bodies to get the product & brand approved in projects will be preferred.3. To handle the existing channel partners (dealers) & to appoint the new dealers.4. Must be strong, passionate Communication and Presentation skills to represent the company in the market to build a brand and goodwill for our product & company in various geographies.5. Must have ideas and flair for marketing products in new markets so as to carve out a market share for products and to drive the market share consistently for top line and bottom line growth. 6. Must have strong networking skills to build relations and work in cross-cultural, multinational market & business environment. Must be able to draw market intelligence for consistent performance and to grow the market share.7. Must have strong analytical skills to understand and forecast the market behavior so as to generate business and grow the market share.8.
