    Position:Area Sales Managers (Team Handling Profile)Qualification - Preferably GraduateLocation - Ludhiana, Chandigarh (Local Candidate only + Own Conveyance)Experience: 4 to 6 Yearssalary:5 lacs to 6 lacs + Variable Incentives+ ReimbursementsMale/ female bothJob DescriptionAchieve sales targets in the geography through networking, database, market intelligence,and references from existing clients. Recruit && Manage team of Sales Managers for achievement of sales targets. Acquisition of New Business Partners for sales of Real Estate. Manage the entire sales life cycle including prospecting, pitching, offering, negotiation, andContract closure of B2B Partners. Manage the sales pipeline ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets includingaccurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline. Builds strong team relationships within and across teams. Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issuesimpacting customers. Ensuring 360 client engagement Total Client Ownership.Requirements -:Candidate should be from Ludhiana Preferably graduate with sales experience ranging from 4 to 6 years at decision-making levelstructured methodology to account acquisition. Should be happy and energetic, talkative with decent personality and clothing. Personal pipeline management experience including the ability to make cold calls onprospects. Strategic and analytical focus self-motivated with strong time management skills strong oraland written skills superior negotiation abilities strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint && Excelskills preferred. Ability to work in a team. Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers within the client network within theindustry, community, businesses, and customers to stay current on issues impactingcustomers.
