Job Description

    Job Title: Assistant ManagerDepartment: Medical Establishment SalesSalary as hike upto 30 % on current salary and extra incentives on sales performance.SUMMARY OF THE JOB:The position is for a sales role within our medical establishment team. The role would focus on soliciting insurances for professional indemnity, property and group medical insurance for hospitals and nursing homes. Reporting to: DirectorLocation:Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, KolkataNature of the Job: Full - Time, work from home. Field work included.Experience: 2 yearsROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:Map & visit hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics in assigned area. Identify the key decision makers & visits their premises for insurance sales.Effectively leverage 25 tie-ups of the firm with medical associations to generate leads and references. Select tie-ups include Delhi Medical Association, Association of Health-care Provider of IndiaRecord and track insurance renewals of prospective clientsBe responsible for complete sales cycle. Client sourcing, pitch presentation, negotiation and ClosingWork with in-house underwriting team to design suitable policies for clients. Present options from multiple insurersReport achievement vis-a-vis plan on periodic basis to management team.
