Job Description

    Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities-Handle B2B sales to various A, B and C Class category of retail outlets. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects (stores) Regular calls and periodic meetings with clients to share product portfolio and understandchanging or additional needs in tune with current market. Ensure racks are fully stocked. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets to earn incentives. Timely Account Reconciliation and ensuring timely payments from clients as per set TOT Addressing customer complaints and concerns and resolving them to achieve customersatisfaction and in turn customer delight. Responsible for managing the entire customer base registered in the region and increaserevenue per customer, reduce revenue leakages, ensure high customer satisfaction level.Candidate Specification:Preferred Graduate or MBA with 3+ years of experience in FMCG, Food processing,Food & Beverage industry. Fluency in Spoken English is must.
