Job Description

    The Business Support Analyst will report to the Team Lead, CPQ Support As a Business Support System Analyst within the Sales Automation team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting System Tasks, Initiatives, and Projects that support our Go To Market and Sales Execution Strategy.Zscaler has spent years building ground-breaking technology that s improving the security postures of enterprises around the world. Join us and you, too, will have the opportunity to be a part of the excitement and contribute to Zscaler s growth and success in meaningful ways.Responsibilities/What You ll DoShould be well versed with product configuration , product rules , price rules and approval rules.Responsible for handling CPQ L2 ticket queue and ensuring resolution of tickets within SLAWill be owning operational CR s (Change Requests) as and when requested by business for CPQ configuration changes and to fix production issuesCoordinate with cross functional teams like deal desk , BSA, and dev team to fix issues.Good to have CPQ certification and knowledge on APEX and QCP.Should have SFDC admin experience and hands on experience with Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows , Process builder,
