Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Category Manager - Business with expertise in Digital Exposure andPerformance Marketing to join our team at Prepladder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developingand implementing strategies to drive business growth, enhance digital presence, and optimize performancemarketing campaigns within the competitive ED Tech sector.Responsibilities:1. Category Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy aligned with business objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.2. Digital Exposure:Oversee and enhance the digital presence of Prepladder across various online platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective digital campaigns.Analyze digital performance metrics and implement improvements based on data insights.3. Performance Marketing:Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive. customer acquisition,engagement, and retention.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts andoverall business goals.4. Partnership Management:Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and market reach.Negotiate and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.5. Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for digital exposure and performance marketing initiatives.Track expenses, analyze variances, and recommend adjustments as needed.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Proven experience in category management, digital exposure, and performance marketing within the Ed-Tech industry.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies,
