    Customized Business Analytics and ERP Implementation Software Architect / Leader:Looking for a Senior Position of LeadExp: 15 to 20 YearsSalary : 25 to 40 Lakhs PALocation Chandigarh1) Technical Skillsa. Must have excellent education and experience in software development from the ground upb. Must be fully knowledgeable in:i. Programming languages (.Net, Java, R, PHP, Django etc.)ii. Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Hardoop, Mongo etc.)iii. Database structures logical database planning, normalization etc. for scalability and analyticsiv. Front-end (Angular JS, JS, etc.)2) Leadership Skillsa. Must demonstrate leadership skills as follows:i. Must be able to recruit new talent to fulfill a necessary team for a large deployment. The recruitment of new talent will be across many functions such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Lead Programmers, Programmers, Front-end Expertsii. Must be able to lead the execution of this 2-3 year customized ERP deployment at State level from ground up:1. Setting the strategic target for accomplishing a ground up ERP for Government Project.2. Setting a project plan through an initial consulting engagement to implementation order to actual implementation and delivery3. Motivating the team through this complex project cycle; adding members, managing talent attrition etc.4. Communicating at all levels with the Government Authorities, internally with Senior Management, with the team and with prospective new customers3) Problem Solving Skillsa. Must be an active problem solver in a complex technical settingb. Must have a very keen sense for anticipating technical and business problems that are to be expected in such an implementation4) Experiencea. Must have detailed knowledge and vision of an ERP applicationb. Must be very familiar with Big Data Analyticsc. Must have a very rich experience in implementing ERP using non-standard technologies (i.e. this will not be an SAP, Oracle or other pre-packaged tool implementation)d. Must be able to work in Government environment as a contractor. Familiarity with government working is a huge pluse. 15+ years of experience in steadily increasing leadership roles is what we re looking for5) Personal qualities essential for success in this high profile positiona. High level of self-confidence and determination to see a large complex project throughb. Not afraid to take decisions and learn from experiencec. Extrovert is preferred over an introvert however, the communication style must be soothing to a variety of people in a variety of positionsd. Straight-forwardness in the personality make-up is a muste. Must not be afraid to ask for help; should state the problem areas clearly,
