Job Description

    • Job title: Dy. Area Sales Manager
    • Department: Sales
    • Reports to: Branch Sales Manager
    • Type: Full Time permanent job
    • 1.0Job purpose1.1Achieve desired business growth by understanding customers needs and providing appropriate solutions from Dominos portfolio of products and services.
    • 2.0Key tasks/ Responsibilities 2.1Identify, study customers requirementsand provideappropriate solutions2.2Increase market share in assigned sales territory 2.3Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned sales territory 2.4Contribute in creating the environment of Customer First & Team work2.5Ensure effective exchange of information with branch sales/service team 2.6Provide timely report to Branch Manager Sales on opportunities, projects, competition etc.

    • 5.0Education 5.1Graduation Diploma/ B.E (Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics/Mechantronics)with at least 60% marksfrom reputed college. Preference will be given to candidates who have Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from reputed institution
    • 6.0Experience 6.1Proven track record of success for 3-5 yearsas field sales personnel in multinational organisation with responsibility of direct selling industrial automation related machines and payment collection. Experience of sales through distributor network shall not be considered.
    • 7.0Pre-requisites 7.1Sales target/achievement in current job should not be less than Rs. 1 Crore 7.2Age at the time of application should not be more than 27 years 7.3Sound mental and physical health is essential with no history of serious medical illness 7.4Should have own vehiclethat can be used for business travel purpose
    • 8.0Emoluments 8.1Salary & job title shall be in the range of Rs. 5 Lac to Rs. 6 Lac depending upon candidate profile 8.2In addition to the salary, the position is eligible to earn performance linked incentive. 8.3Premiums of Family Mediclaim Policy and Accidental Insurance shall be paid by Domino8.4Conveyance, Lodging & Boarding expenses re-imbursement amongst the best in industry
