Job Description

  • Conceptualise design language to be used in digital products for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Convert UX wireframes to design prototypes and full-fledged designs including site navigation layout of content.
  • Work directly with clients, project managers, UX designers, front-end developers, and back-end developers to coordinate the on-time delivery of the digital products.
  • Ensure latest UX/UI trends are reflected in designs and industry standards are followed.
  • Coach and mentor designers assist them with their work.
  • Participate in planning activities
  • Improve competence of team through training development
  • Monitor development unit-testing activities and report project progress
Skills Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience with an excellent working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD and/or Sketch for designing web mobile interfaces.
  • 3+ years of strong people management skills and experience in leading design teams.
  • Should have Knowledge of W3C standards such as HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Expertise in using grid approach in design layout.
  • Excellent typographical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of UX design, modern design patterns, dark patterns, etc.
  • Strong experience in automating design tasks.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Should ensure that all the design outcomes are implemented in time with perfection.
  • Interface with all relevant stakeholders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches.
