1. To review all documentation related to Quality control lab.2. To ensure that analysis done in laboratory is as per Standard Testing Procedure.3. Approval / rejection of In process, Intermediate, Recovered solvent and Raw material.4. To ensure that all safety precaution and taken in area of Quality control.5. To ensure that the calibration of QC instruments done as per defined annual calibration schedule.6. To review finished good COA.7. To review and maintain all documentation related to Column in Laboratory.8. To ensure that GLP practices are implemented in lab.9. Planning of work during shifts.10. Responsible for Monthly Backup verification.11. Initiation of change control, OOS, OOT and Handling of deviation12. Creation of new project and locking the previous project monthly in Empower 3 software.13. To perform ICP-MS testing of Finish products as per STP.14. To impart trainings on ICP-MS testing to other analyst.15. To ensure compliance in ICP-MS analysis. 16. To ensure that SOP and on job trainings are imparted.17. To ensure that Analytical Method transfer verification done as per protocol.18. To review analytical data of API, Stability study, Holding time study and Working Standard.19. To ensure that all Log books are maintained properly.20. To activate/deactivate users in Empower 3 for use of CDS systems.21.
