Job Description

Position Summary

Oversight of the Facilities in order to ensure a safe, efficient and cost-effective workplace for Oceaneers and visitors. To establish and manage an organization to maintain and develop the agreed service which supports and improves the effectiveness of its primary activities

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Office Supply Inventory Management
  • Provision of services, offices subcontracting, etc., ensuring necessary support of primary activities.
  • Ensure appropriate level of security
  • Ensure appropriate level of housekeeping and maintenance of the physical aspects of the facilities
  • General administrative services, including office supplies and office machinery
  • Oversight and management of the auto fleet program
  • Corporate s local point of contact for real estate brokers and landlords,
  • Administration of Company accommodations (as required)
  • Adherence to and promotion of all HSE policies and procedures
  • Supervision of local purchasing and accounts (petty cash) as related to facilities expenditures
Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment. Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems. Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company. Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.
  • Qualifications

    • Degree qualification or equivalent (P)
    • Minimum of 7 years experience in Facilities Management. (E)
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a manager of direct-reporting staff (P)
