Job Description

    We are hiring for Patent Analyst Trainee for our IT park Office, Chandigarh.Industry: Intellectual Property / Patents / IPBackground: Graduate/ Post-Graduate/ Masters/ PhD (Electronic & Communication/ Electronics & Embedded Tech)Preferred Experience: 0-6 months of IP Experience or Good Academics Can Apply.Employment Type: Full Time, 5 Days Working Role
    • Patent Analyst Trainee Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Project understanding
    • Understanding requirements from the Project manager in terms of project type and your role as a contributor on the project which can be, in collaboration or standalone.
    • Understanding the terminologies, state of art, and trends of the technology or field related to the project and extracting the correct interpretation of different segments (such as problem definition, invention disclosure, claims, figures, inventive step) of the project, taking help from the project manager and project-related documents (such as prosecution history, assignment history, and bibliographic details and project/[patent specifications.
    Project Execution
    • Managing and executing Prior Art Searches, Invalidation, FTO, Novelty, Claim Charts, Infringements, EOUs, and landscape searches by working on tools/databases/ search engines related to the patent search.
    • Prepare Reports on your Search Findings
    • Communicating with the project manager the draft report for quality check and rectifying the report as per the requirement of the project manager.
    • Personality Traits: Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can work effectively alone as well as within a team
    • Highly motivated and pro-active with an inquisitive mind who can comprehend technical literature with ease
    Salary terms for Patent Analyst Trainee: During the training period of six months 10 k in hand Stipend per month. 1 year Service Agreement After Six Months Designation & salary will be revised based on performance. Salary revision up to 3 LPA CTC.,
