Job Description

    Job OverviewOversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.Managing the recruitment and selection process. - Conduct interviews with the candidates. - Documentation ( Preparing Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter ) - Building a healthy environment in the company. Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and processing candidates. Updating job ads through various methods. Handle the Job portals and update the status of candidates. Manage all the Data in Notion to increase productivity and save time. Direct reporting to HR Manager. Professionally making of job descriptions and CV updation. Confer with management to assess and identify HIRING needs. Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned searches. Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent. Assessing candidates skills and professional details over the phone. Scheduling interviews and checking references. Attracting. qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking etc. Must have strong communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.Skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
