Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Identifying and engaging with influencers who align with PrepLadders mission of providing high-quality educational content to competitive exam aspirants.Crafting and executing influencer marketing campaigns that effectively communicate PrepLadders value proposition.Negotiating and finalizing terms with influencers, ensuring a win-win collaboration for both parties.Monitoring and analyzing the performance of influencer campaigns, deriving insights to optimize future campaigns.Collaborating with the content and social media teams to ensure a cohesive narrative across all platforms.Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring a pool of committed individuals for future collaborations.Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, particularly within the ed-tech sector.Assisting in the creation of persuasive marketing materials that effectively convey the benefits of PrepLadders. offerings to potential influencers and their audiences.Ensuring all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.Providing regular reports and insights on campaign performance to the marketing team and senior management.Relevant Skills/Expertise:Industry Knowledge: Preferably 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a good understanding of the ed-tech sector.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively convey PrepLadders value proposition to influencers and the larger audience.Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and other stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.Creativity: Creative thinking to design engaging influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with both influencers and our target audience.Understanding of Social Media: Well-versed with social media platforms and influencer analytics tools,
