Job Description

    Job Title: Inside Sales Service - International CommunicationsAbout : Thisis a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Service professional with strong international communication skills to join our team.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Service representative to support our international sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, skilled in effective communication across cultures, and adept at building and maintaining client relationships.Responsibilities:
    • Act as a primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospects and leads, nurturing relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
    • One has to search data for our potential clients abroad and then call them and generate a database and generate international leads by associating them on social media platforms or on email or on phone calls.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products and services.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in an international business environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other language (list specific language requirements if applicable).
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse clients and colleagues across different cultures.
    • A person with a proactive approach is required at this profile. Also one has to be flexible with timings. Also , what ever work is to be done on odd hours can be completed from home.
