Job Profile -Someone who can call ISP providers and work with them on re-instating internet at our different locations.Troubleshoot onsite SonicWALL/Cisco router or switch issues. Excellent understand of networking so you need to be solid network engineer who can also coordinate with on-site staff to reboot and troubleshoot internet related issues. Lastly call ISP and open-ticket and follow up to get internet re-instated, at times coordinate with on-stie staff on ISP engineer schedule. This means phone-calls, email, monitor ISP`s portal etc.Must have;Work 7 am to 4 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday (USA)Excellent in English both written and speaking over the phone. (reputed English school pass out)Excellent in Cisco/SonicWall routers and switches so a network guru. Min 5 year of experience.Present report on ISP downtime.
