The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities alongside proficiency in designing, executing, and overseeing tests for software applications. An adept understanding of testing applications developed using ASP.Net, C#.Net, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and MS SQL is highly advantageous.Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams to comprehend software requirements and formulate effective test strategies. Develop, implement, and supervise test plans and test cases. in alignment with project specifications. Identify, document, and monitor software defects utilizing a comprehensive bug-tracking system. Collaborate closely with developers to replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues. Ensure the software attains the highest quality standards prior to release. Participate actively in code review sessions to grasp functionality and provide valuable testing insights. Keep abreast of the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices. Maintain consistent communication with product stakeholders (project manager, clients, and peers) regarding testing progressRequirements: Proven experience of 7 to 12 years in software testing, with demonstrable leadership skills. Expertise in test design, execution, and management. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal proficiencies. Familiarity with automated testing tools is desirable.
