Job Description

Salary: 240,000 INR 300,000 INRQualification:Graduate

  • Male Graduate with Minimum 2-3 -years experience. Having Travel industry knowledge is a must.
  • Knowing Visa formalities / hotel booking / transfers / tour packages etc.
  • Should be self-independent handling his / her job responsibilities, well versed in drafting letters, knowing self-correspondence.
  • Prior experience in Sales required.
  • Sales meetings with corporate clients.
  • Dealing with company s corporate clients.
  • Customer support with existing reservations.
  • Experience on any of the GDS-Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo/Other will be preferred.
  • Interacting with the Airlines / Customer Service. Age 23- 30 Yrs.
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
  • Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.
  • Create and update electronic records of clients.
  • Maintain relationships with key persons.
  • Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
  • Very good email etiquette.
  • Well spoken, well read english, hindi.
