Job Description

    Management associates often coordinate work between several departments in a company, so creating reports that document their projects is essential. Creating these reports typically involves tracking the progress of a program from start to finish and monitoring how it affected the companys operations.
    • Learn the essential of Marketing, Face to Face Advertising, Customer Engagement and sales efficiency
    • Executing marketing & Sales strategies for smooth functioning of Marketing Pipeline.
    • Representing our clients and delivering their services directly to the end customers
    • Conducting Various Face to Face On Field Marketing Campaigns like B2B, B2C, B2G, Events and Road Trips on behalf of our clients, to facilitate them with an effective Sales methodology which is both cost effective and result oriented
    • Learn the basics of Human resource development like recruitment and Training & development and start building our own team of associates facilitating expanded crew and on-time delivery of Sales goals
    • Become skilled at Managing, Coaching, Monitoring and Motivating a Team to maximize business performance
    • Understand the basics of Business Administration, HR, Finances and Operations required to run a business of your own effectively
    • Strategize, Plan and Manage People, Resources and Clients to own and run Your own strategic business unit using your business decisions to decide its growth and profitability
    • Undergoing an On-The-Job Global Leadership Training Module which exposes you with the intricacies of Business Management; through 5 level on comprehensive training.
