Job Description

    Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders. Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances. Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.Roles and Responsibilities:Conducting screening and diagnostic tests to reveal health issues. Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate Ayurvedic massages, herbal remedies, and dietary and lifestyle recommendations Conducting thorough consultations with clients to assess their individual needs and develop treatment plans Administering Panchakarma treatments such as Abhyanga, Swedana, Shirodhara, Nasya, and Basti, in accordance with Ayurvedic principles Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care for clients Keeping up-to-date with developments in Ayurvedic medicine and techniques through ongoing education and research Calming anxious and distressed patients. Carry out therapies and Spa treatments Restoring patients to good health by administering or suggesting interventions such as massage, mindfulness, and homeopathic substances. Informing patients about the functions of each treatment. Examining and talking to patients to diagnose their medical condition. Management of medical/health problems presented by patients. Advising patient/client how to take appropriate herbs and advising lifestyle changes for management of weight and medical condition. Patient health monitoring; Regular follow-up with patient/client to review progress and health. History taking, diagnosis, investigation recommendations, planning herbs. Suggest treatment and diet schedule for those who are taking treatment. Delegate responsibilities to therapists and offering feedback. Manage inventory of Ayurveda related products. Meet and discuss treatment options with clients.Therapist Qualifications/Skills:Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to build rapport quickly Detail oriented Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
