UPL offers an integrated portfolio of both patented and post-patent agricultural solutions for various arable and specialty crops, including biological, crop protection, seed treatment and post-harvest solutions covering the entire crop value chain.1.1 Ensure 100% OTIF Plan vs Actual (Local and Export)1.2 Ensure Zero Customer Complaints due to Packaging or Transportation1.3 Ensure No Plant stoppage due to unavailability of RM and PM1.4 Ensure Timely Bill Processing of RM, PM, FG and Transportation2.1 Monitor , Analyse and Improve trend of detention charges of Containers2.2 Ensure proper stock maintenance of all critical material2.3 Organise proper Inventory Management3.1 Ensure 100% compliance of Central Excise3.2 Ensure compliance to all Audit points3.3 Ensure compliance to all other applicable laws4.1 Maintain and Improve Housekeeping Standards in department as well as warehouses4.2 Ensure Zero Safety incidents in department 5.1 Provide or Organise all required trainings to all department employees5.2 Motivate and Counsel subordinates as per requirement5.3 Stores, Purchase & finance activities at site.We are all about connecting with people, in a human way showing respect, demonstrating trust, celebrating diversity.
