Families are meant to be together - and thats why our objective is to provide a safe pathway for families to come to Canada and encourage us to try the most challenging immigration cases.The Role:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Head, to join our growing North India Sales team and take our company to the next level! In this role, you will Direct and oversee the organizations sales plans, objectives, and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and goals and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.Location: This role can be located in either Ludhiana/Jalandhar/Chandigarh (preferred), or Delhi-NCR.Responsibilities:
    • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profits
    • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
    • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
    • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance reviews, rewards, and individual recognition
    • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
    • Receive feedback and suggest changes to improve customer experience
    • Maintain profitability of Branches at all given times.
    • Manage profitability and grow multiple branches in the region.
    • Build out a high-performance team.
    • Develop and deliver on the plans to generate footfall on the physical locations and drive conversions from the footfall and online leads
    Qualifications
    • 10 years of sales and business development experience.
    • Knowledge of processing Immigration applications and being able to guide counselors for complex cases. (Preferred)
    • 5 years of team management, especially in developing high-performance teams.
    • Superb communication, analytics, strategy, negotiations, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, quick-changing environment
    • Ability to properly prioritize tasks and take initiative
    • Ability to manage employees while multitasking projects
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in localized leads/footfall generation
