Job Description

    HQ : Bangalore/ Chandigarh/ Delhi/ Pune/ Goa/ Jaipur/ Ahmedabad/LudhianaPlus Variables Rs approx. Rs 4000 to Rs 8000 linked with targeted sales performanceExpenses including travel / Daily allowance ; TA/ DA as per industry norms;Eligibility : Graduates with minimum 1-2 years sales experience in the mentioned HQ in theveterinary/ pet health care industry only. as Industry sales experience is a must.Aptitude : Require candidate with pleasing personality with good communication in English and locallanguage ; who enjoys travelling ; is hard working and goal oriented and desperate about careergrowth.Sales of companys products in a given territory meeting desired targets:Customers handling : Promoting products to the customers ( dog Doctors, Pet shops, departmental stores, dogbreeders, dog trainers etc) by reminding about products through Visual Aids/ Laptoppresentation , Litteratures/ brochures/ postersLeave behinds etc. Ensuring optimum stock-levels at dispensing customers place at all point of time so that thereis no stock-out situations. Creating demand generation at customers place so that there is timely payment from customersto distributors and distributors to the company. Ensuring quick supplies/ replenishment of stocks at customers place from concerned distributorin the territory Quarterly updation (Adding/ deleting ) customers from the customer list as per the demand ofthe situation in the territory.Keeping records of customer-meeting on daily/monthly basis.Handling of supply channel/ Intermediaries : Ensuring optimum stock-levels at all point of time so that there is no stock-out situations atdistributors place. Ensuring timely payment from distributors to the company by creating adequate demands forthe companys products in the market. Appointing new distributor(s) as per the demand of the situation in the territory. Maintaining records of distributors account ; monthly stock and sales levels. Ensure smooth flow of goods in the supply chain in the given territoryMarketing activities : Feedback regarding competitors activities, latest marketing trend, new product introductionsetc. to the company Promoting at POP (Point of purchase) e.g; pet shops, departmental stores ,Chemists bydemonstrating products/ POP materials eg; posters, danglers, stickers etc
