Key Responsibilities:Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase salesResponsible for recruitment and management of Agents/IMs - Identify, recruit and manage Agents/IMs from the respective regionTrain and motivate Agents/IMs to provide a better understanding of market/productsMonitor and review Agents/IMs performance.
