Job Description

Minimum Job Requirement:

  • Must have Minimum 3+ years of experience in in IT/Non IT recruitment
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Good team player with learning skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.

Qualification: MBA-HRPrincipal Activities/Accountabilities:
  • Review- Successfully review JDs to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that will help you identify the right candidate(s).
  • Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  • Sourcing candidates from Conventional and Unconventional sources.
  • Screen - Discovering the competence of candidates against a job description
  • Interview - Meeting candidates in person or on telephone etc to assess their fitment
  • Follow up - Keep candidates in the loop as warm.
  • Present - Showing or offering candidate resume to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider
  • Update and track candidates record
  • Will work in a team of recruiters to fulfil the requirements
