Job Description

    Skills required1.Acquisition
    • New Customer Acquisitionhaving sound knowledge ofKey Account Management,which includes rigorous follow-ups and result oriented approach at all levels.
    • Should have sufficient experience and knowledge ofsales cyclefromSuspecting, Prospecting, creating funneland taking it to closures.
    • Should be able to identifyKey Decision Makersand must have an intellect/ability to reach out to right concern at right level and build relationship with all such personnel.
    2.Managing Existing Accounts
    • Customer retentionwith a focus of long termrelationship building. Meeting with high profilecustomersto ensure servicesatisfaction & retention.
    • Coordinate with concerned departments at HO toresolve all operational mattersincluding vendor management towards smooth business inflow
    • Handling existing customersand coordinate withOperations, Actuary, underwriting, claims processing,F&A, L&Cand all other concerned teams to complete tasks.
    • ToExpand the relationshipwith existing customers by continuously proposing new solutions to meet their objectives, other than this plan for better opportunity at the client end with go getter attitude to maximize the SOW from the client.
    • Plan and visit Channel Partners to build relationships and arranging interlocks between departments to ensure smooth flow in operations.
    3.Team Management and Business Development
    • Should have sufficient experience ofteam management
    • Expert in driving / mobilising daily sales numbers through field staff (BSM)
    • Can work on capacity building of experienced/ seasoned branch sales managers(BSM)
    • Should be able to plan for joint calls / on field training for mobilizing developing skill set of team and achieving daily task/numbers.
    • Proactively Identifying , hiring and induction of right candidate for the job and able to map appropriate sales territory for achieving assigned sales targets
    • Managing multiple stake holders and extend sales support to his team members
    4.Enterprising skill
    • A strong commitment to complete task on time
    • Taking initiative with strong urge to meet assigned budgets
    • Problem solving
    • Negotiation skill with a focus on profitability of accounts For FIG Channel Please do not share candidates having experience into BFSI industry in last or any past assignments. Please source candidates Candidates from Telecom, education, office automation, IT sales, FMCG preferred.
