Job Description

    Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals. - Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. - Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth. - Manage the use of budgets.A vertical head in sales isresponsible for handling sales and distribution for a vertical.They also prepare and execute a business plan for the vertical.Other responsibilities include:
    • Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
    • Partnering with sales, marketing, operations, product, and international business teams to drive continuous improvements
    • Highlighting potential business opportunities to the practice group
    • Monitoring and tracking relevant market developments
    • Tracking people moves
    • Following critical company developments
    • Disseminating information in a targeted manner
    • Driving business development efforts in accordance with the company strategy and budget for market
