Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in project management within the IT industry, with hands-on experience in development technologies like PHP or MERN Stack or any other backend technology. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, on time, and within budget. Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and. requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation.2. Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and other stakeholders to execute projects according to the project plan. Ensure that projects are delivered on time.3. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer solutions to complex problems. Hands-on experience with PHP and MERN Stack is essential.4. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of project deliverables by conducting thorough testing and quality checks. Implement best practices for software development and project management.5. Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Provide regular project updates and reports on project progress.6. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.Requirements:1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, etc.).2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management.3. Hands-on experience with development technologies such as PHP and MERN Stack.4. Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.5. Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.8.
