Job Description

Monitor project progress regularly, ensure on-time deliveries, and identify and address potential delays or issues. Allocate resources effectively, balancing workload and ensuring optimal team efficiency. Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and expectations. Proactively address conflicts within project teams or with clients and maintain positive relationships. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure. successful project outcomes. Apply a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and Agile methodologies to project planning and execution. Generate various reports to analyze projects health and provide insights into key performance indicators.Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent education. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and other project management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
